The Great Ocean Road & Otway Explorer takes you off the beaten track to see the wildlife and birds that inhabit the stunning tall forests of the Otway Ranges, the floral heathlands of the Anglesea area and the rugged beauty of the Brisbane Ranges. - Rugged Brisbane Ranges - dryland forest habitat amid sandstone gorges. Regenerating forest that was devestated by fire two years ago.

- Pristine Otway Ranges - wet forest containing massive eucalypts and lush fern growth, waterfalls and ancient Beech trees.
- Port Cambell National Park - majestic coastal limestone formations including The 12 Apostles, Loch Ard Gorge, The Bay of Islands and London Bridge.

Tour Schedule
- Day 1 - Depart Melbourne
Explore the Brisbane Ranges and then through the Western District to Port Campbell National Park to see the sun set on the 12 Apostles. Overnight in the Port Campbell area.
- Day 2 - Up early to chase rufous bristlebirds at Loch Ard Gorge and see the amazing coastal formations of the area before moving on along the Great Ocean Road to explore the wet forests of the Greater Otway National Park. View koalas and take photos of waterfalls. Overnight at Lorne, where the forest meets the sea.
- Day 3 - Visit the Ironbark forests near Aireys Inlet, the heathlands of Anglesea, wetlands and scenic beaches before returning to Melbourne.
Tour Costs for 3 day Great Ocean Road & Otway Explorer tour - A$1080 pp
(double or twin share). Single supplement will apply.
Tour includes:
- Pickup and return from your accommodation or location in Melbourne or Geelong.
- Double or twin-share occupancy accommodation in comfortable motels or guest houses. Single occupancy incurs a surcharge.
- All meals - 2 breakfasts, 3 lunches, 2 dinners.Not included: drinks, snacks and personal expenses.
- Transport in a spacious, air conditioned Mitsubishi Delica 7 seater 4WD minibus.
- Use of telescopes and Field Guides.
- Tours are limited to a maximum of five and a minimum of 2 persons. Personalised individual three day tours can be arranged.
