I had found GO BIRDING TOURS via the internet and contacted Barry by e-mail. I booked Barry for three trips because as a visiting birder from the UK nearly all the birds were new to me. Thanks to Barry's perseverance,patience and hard work I was able to see as many birds of different habitats as was possible in the time I had in Australia. Nothing was too much trouble for him and even morning and afternoon teas were supplied. I would recommend GO BIRDING TOURS to every birder whether experienced or not. You will not be disappointed !

Having visited Australia several times, but never the Melbourne / Victoria area, I was hoping to see a wide variety of birds and fill in some gaps on my Aussie list. Barry had a great route planned covering wet & dry forest and coastal heathland that allowed us to see more than 100 species including 26 ticks for me. I found Barry to be extremely knowledgeable and very flexible allowing us to focus more on the birds and areas I wanted to explore rather than a "cast-in-stone" itinerary. I even managed to see my first ever Duck Billed Platypus. I would have no hesitation in recommending Go Birding to other visiting birders. Richard, Singapore & Tokyo

Thank you again for the marvellous day you gave us in and around Geelong. Our two days in Geelong were without doubt the highlights of our holiday. And that is saying a lot because we had a wonderful time in Melbourne. Also, thank you for going to the trouble of creating the spreadsheet detailing the birds we saw.... 30 new species for me and a few others were confirmation of sightings made only a day or two earlier. Your tour ranks highly with similar minbus tours taken in overseas countries. We enjoyed your knowledge of the Great Ocean Road and Otway Ranges and its bird species... your ability to seek out interesting places for best views, plus the excellent morning and afternoon teas.
